If you own a horse in Panama you must go to El Corcel in Panama City. It is the premier horse shop in Panama. There are smaller Rancho shops all over Panama but El Corcel has Western and English tack; hard to find gear from the US.

Directions to shop:
Turn right on the street of Price Smart, as opposed to going straight to
where Exedra Books is. If youve reached Office Depot, youve gone too far.
After turning right, turn left and then right towards Via Espana. Keep
going straight until you see a Texaco station, and turn left into the street.
There will be a traffic light indicating when you can turn.
Once you go into that street, you will realize its closed due to the Subway
construction, its okay, take a left towards the provided detour, then right and
you will be on a one way street, where you will see a Blue and Orange Hardware
store, a 2nd hand car saleshop, and right next to the car shop is El Corcel, all
this at your right hand, so keep a right when you turn into the one way
street.
