In Panama if you are a 'horse person' the biggest celebration you could have is a horse parade (cabalgata). So when Isaac Sitton, the son of one of the premier families in Boquete, turned 14 he was given a new horse and a Grand Cabalgata. (We always seem to get more pictures of the horses butts.)
